FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can you explain the prices to me?- Our prices are per adult staying in the same room. For example, in our 2 night Smoky Mountain Anytime package, the twin price for the midrange hotel is $165. If you had two adults and two children ages 10 & 7, the total cost for the package is $400.00. We get there by adding the cost for two adults ($165 x 2 = $330) and two children ($35 x 2 = $70), totaling $400. This is the total cost including all tickets in the package, accommodations, and taxes and ticket delivery.

What does "Single - Twin - Triple - Quad" mean? - A single means that a room having only one adult pays the single price. A twin means there are two adults in the room and EACH adult pays the twin price. A triple means there are three adults in a room, and EACH adult pays the triple price. And last, a quad means there are four adults in a room, and EACH adult pays the quad price.

Are these prices per night?- No. As explained above, the price is per person for the total package based on the number of adults per room.

What is considered a child?- A child in our pricing is considered to be between the ages of 4 and 11. anyone over 11 is considered an adult. Children 3 and under are free, but at certain attractions they must sit in a parent's lap.

Are these discount packages?- Most of our packages should cost you about the same as if you were handling everything on your own. Here is how it works. We deal with the attractions and accommodations in large quantity and we get discounts for that quantity. We put the packages together and price them out, and our profit is approximately the difference. The advantage to you in dealing with us is you only have to deal with one person, we reserve everything in advance to give you the best seating available, and when you arrive in town, everything is waiting at the hotel for your arrival so you don't have to wait in any lines to pick up your tickets. Your entire package is all set and ready for you. Some of our specials are made available at a discount rate you would typically be unable to receive.

Do your packages include transportation? - Unless specifically stated, the packages do not include any transportation. Only sightseeing tours of the Smoky Mountains for individuals include transportation.

What is the difference between a midrange hotel and a deluxe hotel? - We consider a midrange hotel to be a good clean property offering limited amenities, probably a continental breakfast, always a pool. In general, a good basic hotel room, and a good room value. We consider a deluxe hotel to be a nicer property than a midrange, always offering a continental breakfast, an outdoor pool, and good sized rooms. In addition, you will normally find in room refrigerators, indoor pool, coffee makers, and in some cases small, but full kitchens.
