For over 15 years we have been hosting groups of all kinds into Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. We come from a long background of the Tour business and Bus tours coming to visit our area have used Tennessee Receptive Services to plan and care for their groups, many of them have been loyal clients since 1991. We can plan lodging, attractions, shows, sightseeing tours of the Great Smoky Mountains, and just about anything else you would like to do on your visit. In addition we have hosted many family and military reunions, and corporate outings over the past decade helping to build relationships and memories.

Tour Groups

Family and Military Reunions

For many reasons, reunions are a little more complicated than a tour bus group, but we really start the same way. To best prepare your group a reunion proposal, we need to know some basic information about your group, a little about what you want to include, and how the booking and payment process should work. The best way to start is to call us at 1-800-533-3993 between 8am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday, and we will talk you through a detailed questionnaire that will help us to build your proposal. Once we receive this information, we will prepare a proposal for your group to consider, then of course we can book and host your event. If it is after hours, click here to answer some questions and we will prepare your proposal and email it to you.

Corporate or Church Retreats
