After you have picked out your package and submit your package request on step three, here is what we do.

We will take your request and put the appropriate accommodations along with your attractions, determining the best times for each of the activities. At that point we will contact you to go over the package details, and confirm your desire to book the package. 

Upon booking, a $100 deposit is due within 30 days and can be paid by check, money order, or Mastercard or Visa.  Final payment is due at least 14 days prior to arrival or the package will be canceled.  Deposit will be forfeited completely unless you notify our office of your desire to cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival. Any bookings inside 30 days must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All moneys paid are refundable, less a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel the package at least 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is necessary between day 14 and day 4 prior to arrival, accommodation packages will face a cancellation fee equal to the first nights stay plus $25. Inside 72 hours prior to arrival, there will be no refunds. Mailed out tickets - We offer no refund on tickets that are mailed out to our guests. Once the tickets have been mailed, they are yours. We know this seems harsh, but we do not like to mail tickets out. To those that insist, this is our policy. 

Once your package is booked, you will receive a confirmation with the details of the package you requested. By noon on your date of arrival, we will deliver the ticket inclusions to your lodging establishment office to await your arrival.  Remember, the earlier you book your package, the better your seats will be.

After booking, we will gladly make one change to your reservations for free as long as that change is requested at least 4 days prior to arrival. (For example add more people, change or add or subtract attractions).  After one free change there will be a $10.00 per change transaction fee.  No changes are allowed in the last 72 hours prior to arrival or after you are in town. We work on very tight profit margins necessitating the charge for office staff time and effort.
